We're seeking a driven sales professional to support our enterprise outbound efforts for a major industry event. You'll be responsible for conducting outreach to warm leads, leading first meetings (discovery and qualification), advancing prospects to the proposal stage, and following up for follow-up meetings with CEO or close. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outreach (email, LinkedIn, light calling) to follow up with warm leads - Lead first meetings (discovery and qualification) professionally - Advance qualified opportunities to the point of proposal/quote - Handle follow-ups and pipeline management in HubSpot CRM - Follow-up via email and phone call on proposal - Engage CEO only when executive involvement is needed Ideal Candidate: - 3+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience (BDR, SDR, Inside Sales, or AE roles) - Experience working in HubSpot CRM - Comfortable leading sales calls with Director/VP/C-suite level buyers - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Organized and persistent in managing pipeline and follow-ups - Self-starter who can operate independently Bonus Points: - Experience selling sponsorships, partnerships, or event-related opportunities - Experience selling across industries - This is a part-time contract role to start, with potential for longer-term work if it’s a strong fit. Hours TBD but could potentially become full time
