My practice is growing, however I don't have TONS of traffic in this current moment. I will need someone to be available to answer calls during business hours, schedule sessions, correspond with clients. This isn't a 'get rich' offer, but I need the help so that I can offer people more. Because you wouldn't be actively answering calls daily for 8 hours straight, I'm offering an 'on call' position, which means you would be available during certain days and hours and would get paid regardless of if you get calls or not, however, if you schedule a session, you get paid more. Doing 'on call' you will be available for phone calls for 8 hours at $3/hr, however if you schedule a session, you will get an additional $6 for the scheduled session. This means that if you work 3 days being on call, you will make $72 if no one calls. If you happen to schedule 5 clients, that would be an additional $30. I usually receive approx 1-4 calls per week and 4 emails per week. Example: Work MWF - 8 hours on call - $72 5 people call for the week and 5 are scheduled for sessions - $30 Answered emails, misc tasks for 3 hours - $xx virtual assistant price Total made for the week - $102 + virtual assistance for the week. If you do anything outside of scheduling and answering calls, such as emails responses, writing documents, etc, I'll pay you at your going rate. As my business grows more, we will negotiate rates. I would also like if you have experience in social media creation and marketing, but not required. I need a person to post content I may create or create content for my business. We can decide the amount for this as well.
