I have a small rental property business that I'm looking to create a simple website for using Wordpress. I already set up the domain, DNS, and Wordpress for it. I'm looking for a creative person to focus on the Wordpress design and features functionality. Main Goals: - Tenant management site with features like logging in to their property. - Automatically send monthly email payment reminders. - A page that lists all the different payment options - A maintenance request form. - May need to create a way for tenants to log-in with a user name and password Secondary goals - Showing off a few of our properties as a portfolio page - simple about page - Contact page. I'm open to ideas on how to achieve these goals, but the main focus is simplicity. Design elements can be just black and white with color photos.
