This is a front-line sales position where your ability to pitch, persuade, and connect directly impacts our revenue growth and brand reputation. Position Overview As our Domi Sales Representative, you’ll be the first voice potential clients hear—and the one who convinces them to say "yes" to something exceptional. You’ll initiate meaningful conversations, qualify leads, and set appointments for our Domi experience specialist. Your communication, confidence, and charisma will be essential in guiding clients through a streamline service experience. • Session I (May 5th- May 30th)- Summer Visits Reach out to potential wholesale partners, local businesses (dealerships/corporate/non-profit organizations), and AAU organizations to secure sales without the need for in-person appointments. You’ll be responsible for pitching our wholesale offerings, creating & booking summer event opportunities for local businesses & Non-profit organizations, & securing AAU tournament vending—all through phone, email, and other digital channels. o All lead lists will be provided (Approx. 1150 contacts expected) o Expected conversion rate for Corporations- 8% o Expected conversion rate for Wholesale Partners- 30% • Session II (June/July/August) School Fundraising visits for the academic year o Make a strong enough pitch to get the point of contact to commit to the fundraising program and secure a sales meeting for the Domi Experience Specialist with the decision makers of the schools (Principal, Assistant Principal) in addition to the key point of contacts for fundraising (i.e. Bookkeeper, PTA, club/organization leaders). By the end of the pitch call, they should commit to fundraising with Domi Italian Ice and provide a date for the Domi Experience Specialist to meet with the key decision makers to finalize details. Key Responsibilities • Lead Research & Prospecting: Conduct light research to identify and qualify potential leads using available online tools, directories, or internal databases—understand who our ideal clients are. • Lead Engagement: Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, or messaging platforms to introduce our brand and services. • Pitch Like a Pro: Deliver compelling, confident pitches that communicate the unique value of Domi Italian Ice’s offerings. • Appointment Scheduling for School Pitches during Session II: Coordinate and schedule appointments with prospective decision makers, ensuring seamless alignment with our Domi Experience Specialist. • Sales Support: Understand and articulate the value of our services & guide clients through objections and decision-making with poise and knowledge. • Client Relationship Building: Create a genuine connection with clients by listening actively and aligning our offerings with their needs and desires. • Lead Nurturing & Follow-Up: Keep the momentum going with timely, professional follow-ups that move prospects through the sales funnel. This will include scheduling the visits secured during Session I calls. We will provide an open calendar for you to utilize to schedule their summer visits. • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications and appointments in our CRM system. • Team Collaboration: Partner closely with the Domi Experience Specialist to optimize lead strategies and ensure alignment with business goals. Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of experience in appointment setting, sales, or lead generation • Preferred connection with the school industry • A proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding appointment setting and conversion goals • Confident communicator with strong sales instincts—bold, persuasive, and enthusiastic • Naturally bubbly personality with the ability to connect instantly and put people at ease • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—especially when managing calendars and CRM entries • Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment with minimal supervision • Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and an obsession with performance metrics What We Offer • Flexible remote work environment • Supportive, collaborative, and high-energy team culture • All lead lists provided • A product that is very easy to sell (low-ticket) • Competitive base pay + performance-based commission o Session I (May 5- May 30th) $13,200 expected income based on conversion Base additional- $2,500 o Session II (June-August) $9,620 expected income: Base included- $4,500 *Additional incentive available for attending & facilitating the in person closing meeting/onboarding (rather than the Domi Experience Specialist finishing the sales cycle) Ready to Pitch for Domi?
