ImagingU is a premier online education platform for aspiring and current MRI and CT technologists and radiologists. With a range of interactive courses, test prep materials, CE credits, and mock testing tools, ImagingU empowers professionals to advance their skills and stay at the forefront of the healthcare imaging industry. We are looking for a Lead Sales Associate to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the success of both ScanLab and ImagingU. Position Overview: As the Lead Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and supporting both the sales and operations teams to achieve company growth goals. You will identify new business opportunities within the Radiology and education sectors, manage the full sales cycle, and ensure a seamless experience for prospective and existing clients. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams, generating leads, conducting product demos, managing quotes and negotiations, and following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. Core Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Lead Generation: Research and Identify and qualify potential clients, including universities, colleges, hospitals, clinics, private radiology facilities, and other healthcare institutions through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and social media Reach out to new leads, establish initial contact, understand their needs, and present ScanLab and ImagingU as the best solution. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads Schedule and conduct product demos, clearly explaining the value and benefits of our MRI/CT simulator software and educational platform. Maintain an organized database of all client interactions and sales activities through CRM tools and tracking systems. Sales Process Management: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the value proposition of our solutions and offerings. Address customer concerns and objections, providing clear and concise solutions. Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue and profitability. Close deals and ensure timely contract execution. Collaboration & Support: Collaborate with the Operations team to streamline sales processes and ensure that contracts, invoices, and client onboarding are completed smoothly and efficiently. Participate in weekly sales standups to discuss ongoing prospects, deal status’, share updates, and align with the overall team strategy. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and beyond. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue Collaborate with the Product Specialist to ensure existing customer engagement, uncover additional sales opportunities, and ensure full satisfaction Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Track sales activities, forecast sales, and analyze sales performance metrics. Prepare accurate and timely sales reports for management review. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and forecasting models. Skills & Qualifications: Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Sales Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare technology, Informatic Technology, medical devices, or education sectors. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully managing the sales cycle. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare, radiology, or medical imaging sectors is preferred but not required. A willingness to quickly learn about MRI/CT technology, educational tools, and medical simulation software is essential. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical products in a clear, compelling manner. CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) to manage leads, track interactions, and generate reports. Negotiation & Closing Skills: Experience in lead generation, conducting pricing negotiations, and closing sales deals. Team Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and other departments to support the overall business strategy and ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
