Business Developer for Grocery Market

Now we’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to pick up the phone, send a few emails, and make real connections to turn those leads into new accounts. What You’ll Be Doing: Cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls Building relationships with grocery buyers and decision-makers Closing deals to get Grillheads into more stores Keeping track of your outreach and following up Giving quick updates on wins, challenges, and what’s working Ideal Candidate: Strong cold calling and relationship-building skills Quick thinker who can adapt and pivot during conversations Organized and persistent in follow-up Grocery and retail sales experience preferred Compensation: Hourly rate (based on experience) Bonus/Commission opportunities for accounts secured Why Work With Us: Grillheads Supply is a growing, entrepreneurial brand with a loyal customer base.
