We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who knows how to leverage ZoomInfo Copilot and AI-powered sales best practices to surface high-quality B2B leads — and help us accelerate our sales pipeline. Target Regions: North Dakota (ND), South Dakota (SD), Nebraska (NE), Minnesota (MN), Iowa (IA), Wisconsin (WI), Illinois (IL), Indiana (IN), Michigan (MI), Ohio (OH), Kentucky (KY) Your Mission (Key Responsibilities): Generate Qualified Leads using ZoomInfo Copilot with buying group insights, account fit scores, and predictive analytics. Segment and Prioritize Accounts based on likelihood to convert, role/title relevance, and company focus (residential/commercial/mixed). Deliver Well-Organized Lead Lists (Google Sheets or Excel) with: Contact Name, Title, Company Email & Phone Location (state/city) Buying group role (decision-maker, influencer, detractor, etc.) Relevant signals, scoops, or insights Leverage AI-Powered Recommendations (Scoops, Intent Signals, Predictive Scoring) to identify the right time to engage. Summarize Accounts and Craft Talking Points to help tailor outreach messaging based on company description, recent activity, and behavior insights. Must-Have Qualifications: ✅ Confirmed ZoomInfo Copilot access (required). ✅ Strong track record of lead generation in B2B construction or building materials markets. ✅ Experience with lead scoring, segmentation, and qualification. ✅ Organized, proactive communicator with attention to detail. Nice-to-Have (Bonus): ⭐ Familiarity with lumber and building materials, concrete suppliers, or general contractors. ⭐ Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or CRM systems for lead validation. ⭐ Understanding of real-time alerts, competitor monitoring, and sentiment analysis. Scope & Timeline: Short-Term Contract (target: 150–300 qualified leads). High potential for repeat or long-term work based on results.
