JOB OVERVIEW: We’re on the hunt for a motivated, outgoing Dialer/ Appointment Setter to manage both warm lead outreach and appointment booking to the Agent’s calender via Calendly. You’ll be the first point of contact, reaching out via telephone mostly, to identify prospects, ask basic initial questions per a script that will be provided to you, and set appointments for our closing Agent. Your role is essential to dial at peak times of day in order set the most appoints possible and fill up the Agents calender to grow their business by increasing the number of people reached and appointments booked. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Warm Lead Outreach: Initiate contact with potential leads via telephone call using a “done for you” script and some creative thinking when called for. Warm Follow-Ups: Engage with warm leads that might require rescheduling or no showed at the first meeting and nurture them through strategic process. Lead Qualification: Quickly identify qualified prospects via a “done for you script” and pass on the pertinent information to the Agent. Scheduling: Set and schedule appointments for Agent via Calendly. Client Management: Keep all lead data, contact details, and activity updated Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed weekly and/or monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets. Collaboration: Work closely with the Agent team to optimize messaging and outreach effectiveness. REQUIREMENTS: Prior experience in a dialing and appointment setting, preferably in outreach. Strong written communication skills (you’ll be making phone calls to clients and potential clients the entire shift!). Self-motivated and driven by performance-based rewards. Ability to handle objections and pivot conversations to keep prospects engaged. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
