Our law firm helps people with credit errors under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The FCRA is a powerful law that empowers consumers to correct credit errors and recover for any damages associated with the errors. We've had a reasonable degree of success in generating leads for individuals with credit errors, primarily from FB ads. But we are having trouble converting those leads into clients. In significant part, it is because the FCRA has a required procedure before a consumer has a legal claim - they have to obtain a credit report directly from annualcreditreport.com, and they have to submit a dispute to the credit bureau and allow for a response. The depth of that procedure has limited our retention rate. We'd like some help fine-tuning our process so we can improve our retain rate.
