Afterschool Program Sales Representative

We offer afterschool programs designed to promote teamwork, discipline, and physical fitness in a fun, engaging environment. Our goal is to partner with schools to create positive, impactful extracurricular experiences for students. Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven After-School Program Sales Representative to help expand our partnerships with schools. This individual will be responsible for identifying potential opportunities, engaging with school administrators, and securing after-school basketball programs for students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, strong sales abilities, and an understanding of the needs of schools and students. Key Responsibilities: Sales Outreach: Research and identify potential schools for afterschool basketball programs. Reach out to school administrators and decision-makers to introduce the company and secure meetings. Presentations and Pitches: Conduct meetings and presentations with school administrators to highlight the benefits of offering a basketball program for their students. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with school staff, administrators, and key decision-makers to ensure long-term partnerships. Program Customization: Work with schools to tailor afterschool programs to meet their specific needs and scheduling constraints. Contract Negotiation: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and program implementation. Follow-Up: Provide ongoing communication with schools to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for program expansion. Reporting: Keep track of leads, progress, and outcomes. Provide regular updates to the leadership team. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of securing new business and managing client relationships (preferably in education or sports). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor presentations to different audiences. Familiarity with the needs and challenges of schools and afterschool programming. Knowledge of basketball or a strong interest in youth sports is a plus. Self-starter with a high degree of motivation and the ability to work independently. Ability to adapt sales tactics to meet the unique needs of each school or program. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
