Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven cold caller and lead generation specialist to help us connect with potential clients in the real estate industry. Your primary role will be to reach out to homeowners, buyers, and investors, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our team. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls to potential leads Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to qualify their interest and intent Follow a structured script while also adapting to each conversation Gather and update lead information in our CRM Schedule appointments for our sales team Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and texts as needed Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions Requirements: Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales (preferably in real estate) Fluent in English with excellent communication skills Ability to handle objections and turn cold leads into warm prospects Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking Strong work ethic and ability to meet call quotas Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace Preferred Qualifications: Experience in real estate cold calling and appointment setting Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes Ability to work during U.S. business hours Compensation: Hourly rate + commission bonuses for qualified leads that convert Opportunity for long-term work based on performance How to Apply: If you have experience in cold calling and lead generation and are confident in your ability to deliver results, we want to hear from you!
