We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative QuickBooks Online (QBO) specialist to assist us in defining and setting up a P&L-based budgeting framework across our growing suite of SaaS products at Avagate. Our business supports multiple digital products (e.g., Addtowallet, Formango, Pintail, Blocks Edit), and we want to better track expenses by product, team member, and role type (employee vs. contractor) to gain clearer insight into cost attribution. Goal: Set up Profit & Loss budgeting inside QuickBooks Online Create a scalable Chart of Accounts structure that buckets: - Product-level expenses (e.g., Addtowallet, Formango, etc.) - Labor (employees, contractors) - Tools/subscriptions (software, infrastructure) Configure Classes, Tags, or Projects to allow: - Expense tracking by product or department - Attribution of tool and access costs per team member Additionally: - Collaborate with our current bookkeeper and accountant to ensure consistency - Suggest best practices to keep this simple but powerful for ongoing use. Help define a workflow to answer key questions like: - “What is the true monthly cost of onboarding a contractor vs. employee?” - “What tools are being used by which team members and products?”
