We are seeking an experienced TikTok Shop & Live Streaming Consultant to help set up and optimize our initial TikTok Shop storefront and live selling strategy. This is a freelance/consultant role, ideal for someone with hands-on experience launching and operating TikTok Shops and executing successful TikTok Live Shopping events. You’ll play a critical role in laying the foundation for both our internal proof-of-concept store (beauty category) and setting best practices we can later scale into client services. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • TikTok Shop Setup: • Assist with storefront creation, product listings, compliance, logistics setup, and promotional tools within TikTok Shop Manager. • Guide platform best practices for listing optimization, affiliate setup, coupon strategies, and Shop SEO. • TikTok Live Commerce Strategy: • Advise on live streaming equipment, production setup, and hosting tactics optimized for TikTok’s algorithm and commerce tools. • Develop a scalable Live selling framework (content scripting, host training outlines, scheduling templates). • Recommend growth tactics for boosting visibility, engagement, and sales during livestream events. • Platform Expertise: • Keep us informed on TikTok Shop updates, policy changes, and emerging trends in Live shopping. • Advise on early tools (e.g., shopping affiliate networks, ad integrations, Creator Marketplace tactics). • Performance Framework: • Help design initial KPI tracking (GMV, engagement, conversion, repeat buyers) for early live selling campaigns. • Recommend backend reporting and analytics setup inside TikTok Shop Manager. ⸻ Ideal Candidate: • Proven experience operating or consulting for active TikTok Shop storefronts (bonus if in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle categories). • Hands-on TikTok Live Selling experience, either hosting or producing livestream commerce events. • Deep understanding of TikTok commerce ecosystem (Shop Manager, Creator Marketplace, affiliate models, promotions). • Clear, organized communicator who can help create practical SOPs (standard operating procedures) for future internal scaling. • Passion for beauty, e-commerce innovation, and new social commerce formats. • Ability to start immediately or within 2–3 weeks. ⸻ Engagement Details: • Type: Freelance/Consultant (Contract) • Timeline: 2–3 month initial engagement (with potential for longer-term collaboration) • Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience; project-based or hourly options available. ⸻ If you have hands-on experience launching and growing TikTok Shop storefronts — and you’re excited to help shape a next-generation live shopping experience — we’d love to hear from you!
