We are seeking a professional or company to provide a large TV screen or LED screen rental along with a stage setup and audio equipment for an upcoming company announcement event. This includes: -Delivery, setup, and teardown of screen and stage -Full audio system (speakers, mics, mixer, etc.) -On-site audio monitoring and tech support during the event -All necessary cables, stands, and hardware included Experience with corporate events is preferred. Must be reliable, professional, and fully equipped. Event Date: July 22nd Location: Caversteak in Resort World Las Vegas Duration: 1-2 hours Please send your availability, rates, and examples of previous setups. Attached an image of an example.
