Looking for a US-based Jr.Designer for ongoing small projects

Hi designers, I’m the Co-Founder and in-house designer of OVO Vodka, a fast-growing, sustainability-driven spirits brand. I created the brand and have led all creative to date, but as we scale, I can no longer keep up with every design request on my own. We’re looking for a US-based Junior Designer to support with smaller, ongoing design projects, such as: • Window decals and shelf talkers for retailers • Event flyers, printed menus, and bar materials • Sales one-pagers and marketing leave-behinds • Digital assets for trade promotions and partnerships What we’re looking for: • Must be based in the United States, all non-US applicants will be automatically disqualified • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), not Canva! • Strong sense of modern, elevated design (with a little edge) • Able to take clear direction, I’m a designer myself and will provide brand guidelines and feedback • Responsive and reliable, you’ll be a go-to resource for the wider team This is freelance, project-based work with room to grow over time. You’ll be plugged into a fast-moving, exciting brand, with creative direction from someone who speaks your language.
