We are seeking a licensed and responsive Architect, Designer, or MEP Engineer to help complete and stamp a full set of construction documents for a restaurant build-out (not new construction) located in a multi-use commercial complex in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is a time-sensitive project — Our previous freelancer’s contract was ended by Upwork due to platform policy. We are now seeking someone who can step in immediately to complete the work in compliance with Utah codes and prepare it for city submission. Project Details: * Type: Restaurant build-out (tenant improvement) * Size: 1,498 sq ft * Location: Salt Lake City, Utah * Status: Partial plans already completed (including MEP and floor plans) * Platform: Existing plans are in PDF format; DWG available if needed Scope of Work: * Review and verify existing floor plan and MEP drawings * Make minor updates to the floor plan if required * Create the following missing plans: * Reflected Ceiling Plan * Indoor Elevations Plan * Life Safety Plan * Ensure full compliance with Utah building codes and Salt Lake City permitting requirements * Provide a licensed stamp for the completed plans (Utah stamp required or coordination with someone licensed to stamp in Utah) * Prepare the final permit-ready drawing set in PDF and DWG formats Requirements: * Licensed Architect or MEP Engineer, or work in direct coordination with one who can legally stamp in Utah * Experience with restaurant or commercial kitchen projects (preferably in Utah) * Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit a plus) * Strong knowledge of Utah building codes, including fire/life safety, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing * Proven track record of code-compliant permit drawings To Apply:
