We’re looking for a licensed mechanical engineer to deliver a stamped mechanical design package for a residential project in California. The design must be permit-ready and comply with all state and local building codes. This project is managed through FormWork Marketplace, a platform connecting AEC freelancers with on-demand project needs. You’ll be responsible for: - Producing HVAC design drawings (AutoCAD or Revit) - Providing stamped plans (PDF + DWG) - Performing necessary mechanical calculations (heating/cooling loads, Title 24, etc.) - Delivering a complete set ready for permit submission - Must be a California-licensed PE.
