We are a luxury interior design firm specializing in high-end residential spaces, seeking a freelance Interior Designer to support upcoming projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work alongside our principal designer and project manager to help bring client visions to life with timeless, elegant results. Responsibilities: Create and present mood boards, material boards, and design concepts Source furnishings, lighting, finishes, and materials from trade and retail vendors Prepare floor plans, elevations, and layouts using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software Produce detailed FF&E schedules and spec sheets for client and vendor communication Assist with budgeting, quoting, and vendor coordination Attend virtual meetings and communicate updates clearly and promptly Support in creating installation plans and coordinating delivery logistics Organize client presentations and prepare clean, high-level design decks Adapt designs to client feedback and evolving project needs Requirements: 3+ years of experience in high-end residential interior design Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with luxury vendors and materials Excellent eye for color, scale, and composition Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to take direction and execute independently Portfolio showcasing luxury design work is a must Preferred Qualifications: Experience with U.S.-based projects and familiarity with trade sources Background in interior architecture or custom millwork design is a plus Understanding of project timelines and procurement processes Work Details: Freelance, hourly position Approx. 10–20 hours per week to start, with potential to grow Must be able to work remotely and respond within 24 hours on weekdays Hourly rate range: $30–$50/hour, based on experience To Apply: Please submit your portfolio, resume, and a short message describing why you're a fit for this role.
