Ghost Writing for technical handbook

Putting a technical handbook together, I have the content in loose pages but need help assembling it all and filling in the blanks. I already have a publisher to print the copies. This manual is in the MEP industry. The book will be nearly 150 pages. I have already started it but it needs someone who has done this before and faster / better with computer skills to finish it. Looking for a fixed price to finish. editing can be done by publisher this manual is for employees with in the company I work for to help them with skills and reference. This work will be in Microsoft word, many on the loose pages are in word or pdf or jpeg. The content has to be cleaned up from techs notes and charts and put to a format in word. Some of the data is in tables or charts.
