We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our law firm's ongoing marketing efforts on a flat monthly contract basis. This role is ideal for someone organized, creative, and comfortable working closely with attorneys and professional staff. Key Responsibilities: Manage and schedule 3–4 social media posts per month on Facebook and LinkedIn (majority of copy will be written by attorneys) Proofread and lightly edit marketing copy provided by attorneys to ensure clarity, professionalism, and consistency Write short-form social media content as needed to complement firm announcements, event promotions, and blog posts Create simple, branded graphics for social posts, including settlement announcements and blog article promotions Design and send digital invitations for firm-sponsored events (social and professional), using platforms like Canva, Mailchimp, or similar tools Ensure all marketing materials align with the firm’s branding and style guidelines Bonus Skills: Basic video editing abilities for short promotional clips or event recaps (paid separately on a per-project basis) Details: Remote, independent contractor role Flat monthly rate for marketing tasks, with separate compensation for any video editing projects Flexible schedule, but must meet monthly posting deadlines and event timelines
