Description: We’re a regulated structured-notes advisory firm and cannot host a custom website or portal. Interest form capturing all required fields. 4. Admin backend (sheet or table) for viewing/exporting submissions. 5. Monthly update process: clear instructions for replacing the product list. 6. Basic styling/branding so the interface looks professional. Skills & Experience: • Expert in at least one spreadsheet-style SaaS (Google Sheets + Apps Script, Airtable, Jotform Tables, Coda, Smartsheet, etc.). • Ability to design a simple, intuitive UI within that platform. • Familiarity with low-friction identity capture methods. • Strong documentation skills for handoff and monthly maintenance.
