Project Scope: • Design an initial full-color brochure (approximately 8–12 pages) for a $3M+ luxury listing in the Bankers Hill area. • Layout must feel clean, spacious, editorial — similar in tone to Architectural Digest, Compass Private Exclusives, or The Wall Street Journal Mansion Section. • Deliverables include a print-ready PDF and an editable version (preferably Adobe InDesign; Canva is acceptable if layout standards are maintained). • Source file must allow for simple text/image updates without needing to redesign the core structure. Who We’re Looking For: • Strong background in real estate, architecture, or luxury lifestyle marketing materials. • Expert in layout pacing, typography, and emotional storytelling through design. • Able to translate a property’s feel into a refined brand experience—not just a photo catalog. • Based in the U.S., with an understanding of luxury consumer expectations. • Responsive and communicative; we value clear, collaborative dialogue. • Ideally available for future projects (signage, client marketing kits, branded assets) if there’s a good fit. Compensation: • Hourly basis, $45–$65/hour depending on experience and portfolio strength. • Initial brochure project estimated at approximately 8–15 hours depending on final page count and revisions. • Potential for additional ongoing work based on quality and collaboration fit. Additional Notes: • We are not looking for template-driven work — we want custom design mindful to the property’s architecture and the experience it offers. • Immediate start preferred, project completion within 3 weeks ideal.
