Experienced Typesetter Needed for Book Project

I am seeking a skilled typesetter to format my new book for publication. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of typography, layout design, and publishing standards. You should be able to create visually appealing page layouts that enhance the reading experience. Familiarity with design software like Adobe InDesign or similar tools is essential. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are crucial for this project. I have written a new book titled Cycles of Perception: How to See, Feel, and Transform Your Life and Relationships. It weaves Modern Psychology, Ancient Wisdom, and Sacred Truths to show that the old ways, the forgotten ways, are the path to true awareness and transformation. The book is approximately 44,000 words. The draft is written in Microsoft Word. Much of it is formated decently (by myself). I am looking for a professional Typesetter to take it from good to GREAT! I think a good size would be 5.5"x8.5". (This is the size of the current draft.) This will be released in paperback only, not ebook. The current page count is 168 pages in draft form. I can provide more details when hired. I have a mock cover and style I've created. However, I am open to your expertise to make this an exceptional piece of art that captures the overall tone and theme of the text itself. One Big Bonus: I plan on writing many more books. If it's possible, I would like a template I can follow for future manuscripts, to streamline the process, created in Microsoft Word.
