We're looking for a talented and innovative Product/UI Designer to bring our ambitious AI-powered productivity platform to life. Our platform enhances meeting productivity through intelligent, personalized pre-meeting collaboration tools. We need a combo UIUX / designer who can translate our vision into a sleek, intuitive, and engaging MVP experience. About You: Creative Visionary: You excel at transforming conceptual ideas into compelling, user-centric designs. Technical Savvy: You’re comfortable collaborating closely with engineers to ensure designs are not only beautiful but technically feasible. User Advocate: Your designs prioritize simplicity, clarity, and intuitiveness, enhancing user engagement and productivity. Self-driven Innovator: You can independently conceptualize and execute visual and interactive designs from initial concept through final implementation. Collaborative Communicator: You effectively communicate design concepts, processes, and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical team members. Project Requirements: Design an engaging and user-friendly MVP interface, including sign-up, onboarding, core functionality, and interactive components. Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and clickable prototypes to clearly demonstrate user flow and interaction. Provide clear guidelines and detailed assets to ensure seamless collaboration with engineering for implementation. Suggest creative enhancements that align with and elevate the platform's intended experience. Ideal Experience: Proven experience in UI/UX and product design, preferably within SaaS, productivity tools, or AI-driven platforms. Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Portfolio demonstrating successful execution of design concepts through to high-quality production. Duration & Commitment: Initial MVP phase estimated at 40-50 hours, with potential for ongoing collaboration as the product evolves. Compensation: Competitive market rate based on experience.
