*Editorial Review / Graphic Design* of Research Paper on Data Centers

I need an expert. I have written a 60+ page paper on all things data center. I need someone that can review with a fine tooth comb and improve the formatting, create a few custom graphics for liquid cooling schematics (I have examples), review and possibly improve my current images, and prepare this for ebook publishing on Amazon, Google books, etc. It would be helpful if you have experience with IEEE citation style and any familiarity with data centers, electrical/mechanical/network engineering, or construction.
