Role: Setter/Messenger Ambassador As the first point of contact for individuals interested in working with us, you’ll engage with potential clients through text, calls, and social media. Your mission is to connect them with our team, helping them begin their healing journey. Your role centers around supporting people and being a catalyst for meaningful change in their lives. Responsibilities (Tasks) Sending messages and initiating conversations Following up with potential clients Managing the Facebook group Booking calls and clearing the inbox Mastering and executing the "Messenger Process" for lead generation on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and email) Engaging with potential clients to schedule them for sales calls with our team Keeping detailed logs of leads and performance metrics Attending weekly team meetings to discuss performance, share successes, and receive feedback Results Generating high-quality leads for the sales team Ensuring a quick response ("speed to lead") to guide conversations as the way the need to be Contacting new leads or followers within 60 minutes during working hours Booking a minimum of 5 calls per week (20 per month) with a 90% show-up rate Requirements Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role Ability to adapt quickly to a specific communication style and process High coachability, with a commitment to growth and learning Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and evenings Available five days per week, with some evening hours for responses Proficiency in tracking tasks and work hours via Google Docs or Sheets Bonus: Passion for helping women navigate health challenges, particularly related to autoimmune diseases
