Pietryla PR & Marketing is looking for a highly organized, proactive assistant to support public relations and agency operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in PR, digital tools, and agency workflows. You’ll work directly with the agency principal and help manage the day-to-day details that keep clients satisfied and projects on track. *** Key Responsibilities *** * Monitor and tag media mentions in Brand24 and Prowly * Create and update bi-weekly client reports * Enter, update, and manage tasks in Monday.com * Assist with media research and contact list building * Support tracking of editorial calendars and deadlines * Perform basic data entry and file organization tasks * Occasionally draft short social media captions or summaries *** Qualifications *** * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision * Must know how to use tools like Prowly, Monday.com, and Brand24 * Interest in public relations, media, or communications is preferred but not required
