We are seeking a proactive Leasing Agent Specialist to assist with property management tasks and targeted social media marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging posts, managing our social media accounts, and executing targeted marketing strategies to attract potential tenants. The ideal candidate will also be calling, texting, emailing all potential tenants and securing leases are done in a highly timed manner. Experience with housing platforms like Affordable Housing and Turbo Tenant is required. Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.
