Digital Ads Specialist Needed: Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Youtube, & Reddit We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Ads Specialist to help us troubleshoot and optimize our Meta Ads account and launch new campaigns on TikTok, LinkedIn, Youtube, and Reddit. This is a part-time, freelance position (approx. 10 hours/week for several months), with a dual focus on hands-on account management and consulting/training for our in-house social media manager. About Us Modern Military is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that educates, advocates, and champions for the rights and well-being of LGBTQ+ service members, veterans, and their families as well as people living with HIV. What You’ll Do Audit & Troubleshoot: Diagnose and resolve issues with our existing Meta Ads account to improve performance and ensure campaigns are running smoothly. Campaign Setup & Management: Strategically plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit, tailoring creative and targeting to each platform. Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics (ROAS, CPC, conversions, etc.), using data to refine campaigns and maximize ROI. Consult & Train: Work directly with our social media manager, providing actionable guidance, best practices, and hands-on training so they can eventually manage these channels independently. Collaboration: Coordinate with our marketing team to ensure campaigns align with brand messaging and broader business goals. Stay Current: Keep us informed of emerging trends and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge. Who You Are Proven Experience: Demonstrated success managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Reddit (portfolio or case studies required). Technical Proficiency: Deep familiarity with ad platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific dashboards), and tracking pixels. Analytical Mindset: Comfortable interpreting data, diagnosing issues, and making data-driven recommendations. Excellent Communicator: Able to clearly explain strategies and technical concepts to non-experts and provide effective training. Self-Starter: Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously. Collaborative: Enjoys working closely with internal teams and sharing knowledge. Nice to Have Experience with creative asset development or collaborating with design/content teams. Certifications in Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn advertising. Previous experience training or mentoring marketing staff. Project Details Commitment: 10 hours per week, remote, for several months (potential for extension).
