Graphic Designer for High-Performance Meta Ads [No agencies] Our fast-growth performance agency is looking for a Graphic Designer who lives and breathes Meta ads. Someone who can deliver high-impact static creatives designed to convert. About the Role: We're not looking for a generalist or junior designer. We need a sr. designer with enterprise brand experience who understands the nuances of performance creative: thumb-stopping visuals, clear messaging hierarchy, alignment with client brand guidelines, and a knack for balancing brand and performance. You’ll be working closely with our internal Performance Marketing and Creative Strategy teams to bring ad concepts to life across Meta platforms. What You’ll Be Doing: Designing high-converting static ads for Facebook and Instagram (occasionally animated assets or light motion if that's in your wheelhouse). Collaborating on creative concepts based on briefs, data, and performance insights. Rapid iteration: tweaking and testing multiple variations based on feedback or creative tests. Working with a Creative Coordinator to hit deadlines and deliver polished files with smart structure and clean handoffs. What We’re Looking For: Portfolio that showcases Meta ad creative with clear examples of past work that has run live. Understanding of ad creative best practices. Comfort designing for direct-response goals (we care about performance, not just how pretty it looks, but form is also critical). Quick turnaround and strong file organization. Ability to interpret briefs and run with direction with minimal back-and-forth. Nice to Haves: Light motion/animation skills for simple video variants. Experience working in an agency or freelance role supporting DTC or eComm brands. Familiarity with creative testing, hooks, and scroll-stopping frames.
