We are a leading B2B marketing agency specializing in ABM, demand generation, and lifecycle marketing. The company is seeking an experienced media professional to lead the agency’s paid media efforts and direct media strategy for its growing roster of technology clients. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in SEM, SEO, Paid Social (LinkedIn, Facebook, X), and display advertising, and is comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. This is a remote position. (US candidates only, please.) Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of search, paid social, and display campaigns, including: Audits of client’s existing campaigns Program strategy and execution Strategic input on asset development Testing and optimizations Analytics - setup and reporting Budget optimization Reporting and dashboards Initiate knowledge-sharing and promotion of media opportunities to Spear clients, working closely with the client services and BD teams Be the go-to, in-house expert for all media-related matters, and be ready to advise both internal and external clients on optimal media strategy for specific campaign and business objectives Work closely with internal creative, technical, and client-service teams to generate results that reflect the agency’s cumulative expertise Assist in developing social and long-form content on paid media-related trends and best practices to better promote and expand the agency’s media practice Identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance and make recommendations for innovative strategies to improve ROI and expand accounts Drive consistent improvement in key metrics and increase the long-term effectiveness of our clients’ paid media programs Ensure campaigns are planned and executed holistically, taking into account coordination with other campaign tactics, content, branding, creative, and backend technical considerations Maintain a consistently high level of expertise in industry best practices, new developments, and strategies in SEM, SEO, paid social, and digital display advertising Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or related field 3-5 years of experience in paid media, preferably in an agency or similar environment, with emphasis on SEM, SEO, paid social, and display advertising Certifications or equivalent expertise in Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn management, including bid and budget optimization, ad copy development, testing, campaign structure, audience definition, etc. Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and related technologies Ability to develop and manage multiple media campaigns simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment Comfortable delegating responsibilities as needed and/or working closely with key partners to manage complex campaigns with multiple clients Strong team player comfortable leveraging cumulative expertise within the greater team Ability to effectively establish, maintain and expand relationships with internal and external clients, partners and vendors Strong understanding of emerging digital techniques and trends within the media landscape and the greater digital ecosystem Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, and a comfort level presenting campaign strategy, progress, and results to senior executives in a compelling, professional manner
