We are looking for a Digital Marketing Campaign Manager with deep expertise in HubSpot, marketing automation, workflow optimization, and analytics (Google Data Studio/Looker) to join our dynamic and fully remote marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and analyzing multi-channel digital campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid media channels in alignment with GigaOM’s goals. • HubSpot Management: Oversee all aspects of HubSpot, including lead scoring, segmentation, contact management, email marketing, landing pages, and reporting. • Workflow & Automation: Design and optimize workflows within HubSpot and other platforms to streamline marketing processes, from lead nurturing and scoring to CRM integration and reporting. • Performance Analysis & Reporting: o Track campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Looker, etc.). o Produce regular dashboards and reports that measure key metrics, identify insights, and recommend strategies for improvement. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with content, design, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaign strategies and effective handoff of leads. • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on digital marketing best practices, new marketing technologies, and industry trends to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. ________________________________________ Qualifications • Experience: o A minimum of 5 years in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in HubSpot campaign management and automation. • Technical Skills: o Deep understanding of HubSpot’s marketing automation functionalities (e.g., workflows, lead scoring, email marketing, forms, landing pages). o Familiarity with CRM integrations and third-party marketing tools. o Expertise in analytics platforms, including Google Data Studio/Looker, to create dashboards and generate insights. • Analytical Mindset: o Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret metrics, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions. o Experience designing reporting frameworks to track campaign KPIs and ROI. • Project Management: o Proven track record of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills. • Communication: o Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling campaign messages and collaborate cross-functionally. • Adaptability: o Comfortable working in a fully remote environment and adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting. • Education: o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). ________________________________________ What We Offer • Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $80,000 – $105,000 (based on experience and location). • Remote Work Environment: The flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a passionate, results-driven team. • Professional Growth: Opportunities for ongoing education, attending industry events, and learning from some of the brightest minds in tech research. • Work-Life Balance: We understand the importance of personal time and offer a flexible, remote-friendly culture to help maintain that balance.
