Job Title: Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager (Part-Time, 10 hrs/week) Location: Remote or Hybrid (based in Arizona) About Us: We are a newly established private autism school in Arizona dedicated to serving students on the autism spectrum. Our mission is to provide a supportive, individualized, and inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive. As we build our presence, we are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager to help us connect with families, educators, and the broader community. Position Summary: The Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our online presence across multiple platforms. Working up to 10 hours per week, this role requires a self-starter who can create and schedule impactful content, engage with our community, and drive visibility through targeted digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Management - Create and publish a minimum of 3 pieces of content per week: - 1 text-based informational or inspirational post - 1 engaging video reel (educational, behind-the-scenes, or spotlight) - 1 promotional ad (highlighting enrollment, events, or services) - Develop content that aligns with the school’s values and mission - Ensure content is optimized for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Engagement & Community Interaction - Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages - Monitor conversations and build relationships with parents, advocates, and local organizations - Help build a positive and supportive online community for autism awareness Strategy & Analytics - Collaborate with leadership to develop a cohesive social media strategy - Use insights and analytics to track engagement and improve future content - Suggest new content ideas, campaigns, and outreach strategies Ad Management - Create and manage basic ad campaigns on social media platforms - Monitor ad performance and adjust as needed for maximum effectiveness Qualifications: - Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing (preferably in education or nonprofit sectors) - Proficiency with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Business Suite - Strong writing, storytelling, and visual content skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a 10-hour weekly schedule - Familiarity or interest in autism education or special needs communities is a plus Schedule & Compensation: - Part-Time: Up to 10 hours per week - Flexible schedule with weekly check-ins - Compensation: $15-23 an hour - Opportunity to grow with the school as we expand
