Virtual Assistant for Musicians - Admin, Social Media & Email Marketing


We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support musicians, particularly those in the Christian genre. Your role will involve managing administrative tasks, handling social media accounts, and executing email marketing campaigns. You may work closely with artists to enhance their online presence and engage their audience effectively. Prior experience with Christian artists is highly preferred, as understanding their unique needs is essential. If you are organized, creative, and have a passion for music, we want to hear from you! This is a part-time contractor role with the potential to grow. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support - Organizing project timelines and tasks - File and document organization Social Media Management - Assist with content planning and scheduling - Design graphics using Canva or similar tools - Upload reels, posts, and stories to Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube - Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages - Support community engagement and growth Email Marketing - Draft, format, and schedule newsletters and email campaigns (Mailchimp or similar) - Maintain and organize email lists - Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements Preferred Qualifications: - Experience supporting Christian artists or faith-based brands - Experience within the music industry is a plus - Strong writing and editing skills - Comfortable using tools like Canva, Google Workspace, and Mailchimp - Self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently - Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand voice Bonus if you: - Have a background in or love for music, especially Christian music - Have experience designing flyers or promotional materials To Apply: Please send your portfolio (if available), and a proposal/introduction about why you’re a great fit for this role.
