We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team part-time, three days a week. Our brand, a new luxury jewelry and art house based in San Diego with a print studio in Los Angeles, is looking for someone who can help us manage tasks, ensure accountability, and explore sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Task Management: Organize and prioritize daily tasks to meet specific deadlines. - Manufacturing Communication: Liaise with manufacturing companies to coordinate product production. - Sales Outreach: Identify and establish sales outlets for our jewelry and art products. - Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement effective social media strategies. -Photo Shoot Assistance: Support and coordinate photo shoots for marketing and promotional purposes. Qualifications: - Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies. - Interest or experience in the jewelry or art industry is a plus.
