We're seeking an experienced, results-driven Paid Media Manager to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and can independently manage and optimize multi-channel digital advertising campaigns. The right candidate will be an expert in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max), Facebook/Instagram Ads, and ideally LinkedIn and other emerging platforms. This is not an entry-level position. We seek a true strategist and technician who can build full-funnel campaigns, track conversions meticulously using GTM/GA4, troubleshoot issues, and bring creative solutions to client accounts. Please note: Candidates must be located in Jacksonville, FL, and willing to meet the owner in person before the position is offered. What You'll Do: * Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, PMAX), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms. * Setting up and maintaining tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and other analytics/tracking tools. * Run A/B tests, UX optimizations, and utilize tools like Microsoft Clarity for user behavior insights. * Monitor and mitigate click fraud, whether through Clickcease or other methods. * Build and manage occasional landing pages (primarily in WordPress, but also other platforms like Squarespace and Shopify). * Collaborate with internal team members and meet with clients (mainly via Zoom) to review performance and discuss strategy. * Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc. * Conduct in-depth performance analysis and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI. * Stay on top of platform updates, industry best practices, and emerging ad tech. Required Skills & Experience: * 5+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Search, PMAX, Retargeting, etc.) * Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and conversion tracking. * Familiarity with Clickcease or similar fraud prevention tools. * Experience building landing pages using WordPress (Elementor, Divi), Squarespace, Shopify, etc. * Solid understanding of email marketing platforms and campaign setup. * Ability to communicate directly with clients in a professional, clear manner. * Data-driven with excellent analytical and reporting skills. * Familiarity with CRM platforms or integrating ad campaigns with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, etc. Bonus Points For: * Experience with lead generation funnels and conversion optimization. * Previous agency or multi-client management experience.
