We’re a fast-casual restaurant in Nashville, TN, looking to attract more local foot traffic and new customers through targeted digital advertising. We’re seeking a digital marketing expert who can help us: Set up Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns Create a simple, high-converting landing page Implement geofencing and/or location-based targeting Set up tracking tools like Meta Pixel and Google Analytics Build basic remarketing audiences Coach/teach us how to manage, monitor, and improve these systems long-term This is NOT just a done-for-you project — we want to learn alongside you so we can eventually run things in-house. Ideal experience: Experience running ads for restaurants or local businesses Skilled at explaining digital ad strategy to non-marketers Comfortable using geofencing tools (like GroundTruth, Reveal Mobile, etc.) Able to create clean, mobile-friendly landing pages (or advise on tools like Squarespace, Leadpages, etc.) Strong understanding of ad analytics and customer acquisition tracking Budget: Open to hourly or flat project rate with a teaching component To apply, please: Share a campaign you’ve set up for a local business and what results it drove Tell us what geofencing tools or techniques you recommend for a brick-and-mortar location Let us know if you’ve taught business owners how to run ads before Looking forward to working with someone who loves food, marketing, and helping others grow their business!
