Job Title: Part-Time Social Media Marketing Specialist Company Overview: We are a dynamic softball company ( teams and training facility ) dedicated to building a vibrant community around our sport. With a current following of 3,500 on X, our goal is to expand our digital presence to 250,000 followers. We believe that engaging, creative content across multiple social media platforms is key to attracting future sponsors and driving the sport’s popularity. Job Summary: We are seeking a creative, energetic, and strategic individual to manage and grow our social media channels. As our Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute innovative content strategies on Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok. Your work will help increase engagement, boost our follower base, and attract sponsorship opportunities. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, ideal for someone with a passion for sports and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities: Multi-Platform Content Creation: Develop compelling and “cool” content tailored for our target audience across Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok. Collaborate on creating multimedia content (images, videos, graphics) that highlights our brand, events, and the spirit of softball. Strategy Development & Execution: Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy focused on growing our presence on IG, FB, X, and TikTok. Research and monitor industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to continually refine the strategy. Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages to build a loyal and interactive following. Organize online events, challenges, or interactive content to increase user engagement and participation. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversion rates) across all platforms. Use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns and adjust strategies in real-time. Collaboration & Sponsorship Development: Work closely with our content creator and marketing team to align social media efforts with overall brand initiatives. Assist in identifying and engaging potential sponsors by showcasing the growing influence of our multi-platform social media presence. Qualifications: Proven experience in social media marketing with a successful track record of growing a digital following across multiple platforms. Strong creative and communication skills with an eye for engaging, shareable content. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. A passion for sports (preferably softball) is highly desirable. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Experience with digital advertising and influencer marketing is a bonus.
