We’re looking for an experienced B2B LinkedIn Ads specialist to develop and manage high-performing campaigns for a growth agency. You’ll work closely with clients to define goals, recommend strategies, and drive measurable results. Opportunity for ongoing freelance support as needed for clients What You’ll Do: • Meet with clients to understand objectives, KPIs, and budgets • Develop/manage LinkedIn ad campaigns (prospecting + retargeting) • Define audience targeting and recommend effective ad formats (image, video, InMail, etc.) • Write compelling ad copy, headlines, and CTAs • Provide guidance on ad creative • Monitor performance, provide weekly reports, and continuously optimize What We’re Looking For: • 5-10 years of experience running B2B LinkedIn ad campaigns • Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s ad platform, targeting, and analytics • Excellent copywriting and creative strategy skills • Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and optimize for performance • Experience setting up A/B tests and iterative improvements • Agency experience or managing multiple clients is a plus
