Summary: We are seeking Telemarketing agents to help with the Outbound Marketing of our Legal Services. We will provide scripting, leads, and the technology platform. Agents should have a strong attention to detail to ensure prospects are properly qualified and be able to rebuttal objections. The job will start as a 2-4 hours task to help dial through one of our lead lists, and could continue into part-time or full-time work on an as-needed basis. • Attention to Details: Each call must be handled with meticulous care. Agents need to be attentive to the caller's information and accurately document relevant details to ensure a thorough understanding of the case. • Rebutting: Effective rebuttal strategies are crucial. Agents should be prepared to address common objections and concerns, providing clear and convincing responses to keep the potential client engaged. The Leads & Technology That Will Be Used High Intent Social Leads Our leads are sourced from high-intent social platforms, ensuring that the individuals contacted have shown interest or engagement in relevant topics. Dialing Agents will manually dial leads using a provided VOIP system. Dispositions and Notes Agents are required to meticulously log call dispositions and notes. Hours • Shift Duration: Agents must dial the list within the hours of 9AM - 6PM EST. Tracking Hours • UpWork Tracking: We utilize UpWork to track working hours. About the Company • Current Workforce: We currently employ 20 full-time telemarketing staff. • Focus: Our primary focus is on insurance and legal products, areas where we have extensive expertise and a proven track record of success. • Growth Plans: We aim to double our workforce over the next 6 months with both full-time and part-time staff.
