We’re an upscale apartment community looking for a creative and strategic Instagram content creator to build our monthly content calendar—including static posts, Stories, and Reels—that aligns with our brand and engages both current and future residents. This role includes: Designing a monthly Instagram content calendar with post concepts, captions, Stories, Reels ideas, and hashtag suggestions Creating content that reflects our brand voice: modern, community-driven, and visually aesthetic Curating ideas that showcase our amenities, events, local businesses, seasonal themes, and resident highlights Delivering a cohesive mix of content formats (static feed posts, Stories, and Reels concepts), ready for our team to post Staying up to date on Instagram trends relevant to apartment living, city lifestyle, and luxury rentals Note: You’ll be responsible for creating the content and calendar only—our internal team will handle posting and publishing. We’re not looking for generic templates or fluff content. We want someone who understands how to create intentional, high-quality content that attracts and engages the right audience. Experience in apartment marketing, lifestyle brands, or real estate is a plus.
