Job Description: We are seeking an experienced ManyChat Chatbot Automation Specialist to design and build custom chatbot flows for our clients. This is a per-project position, and we are looking for a professional with expertise in ManyChat, chatbot automation, and integrations to help deliver high-quality, effective automation solutions. As a key part of our team, you will work directly with our clients to create personalized chatbots that automate lead generation, customer support, and engagement. Your role will be critical in ensuring that the chatbots meet client goals and provide an optimal user experience. Responsibilities: Design & Build ManyChat Automation Flows: Create automated chatbot sequences that engage users, gather leads, and drive conversions for our clients. Integrate with Third-Party Tools: Set up integrations with Zapier, Stripe, Google Sheets, CRM systems, and any other necessary tools to enhance automation. Optimization & Testing: Continuously optimize chatbot flows for improved user experience, engagement, and performance. Set Up Recurring Messaging: Configure recurring messages, reminders, and follow-up sequences to support client objectives. Analytics and Reporting: Track chatbot performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Custom Development: Build custom features or troubleshoot issues related to chatbot functionality, ensuring seamless integrations. Requirements: Proven experience in ManyChat chatbot creation, automations, and integrations. Strong knowledge of Zapier, Stripe, and other integration tools. A deep understanding of chatbot best practices for lead generation, customer engagement, and user experience. Ability to deliver high-quality chatbot flows that align with clients' needs and troubleshoot any issues. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and understand their specific requirements. Experience with Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and other social media platforms via ManyChat is a plus. Desired Skills: Expertise in building multi-step flows with personalized user journeys. Familiarity with CRM integrations and sales funnel automation. Knowledge of nurturing sequences and conversion strategies for chatbots.
