About the Role BJG Digital, a growing digital marketing agency, is seeking a talented and motivated Web Designer & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our team. As an agency position, you’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects for multiple clients, ranging from nationwide life insurance agencies to local service businesses. Your role will involve creating new websites, optimizing existing ones, and helping our clients grow their businesses through high-performing digital assets. Key Responsibilities Website Design & Development: Create and maintain websites for clients using WordPress and Elementor. Develop new websites, landing pages, and design elements tailored to each client’s branding and goals. Ensure websites are optimized for mobile, visually appealing, and conversion-focused. Conversion Rate Optimization: Analyze user behavior and website performance to identify opportunities for improvement. Execute data-driven changes using tools like Figma and Elementor. Website Maintenance: Perform routine website updates, fixes, and optimizations for multiple clients. Ensure websites meet performance benchmarks for speed, SEO, and user experience. Client Collaboration: Communicate directly with clients to understand their goals and deliver solutions that meet their needs. Work on a variety of projects simultaneously, prioritizing quality and results. Requirements Technical Skills: Expertise in WordPress and Elementor (required). Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Canva. Familiarity with GoHighLevel (preferred but not required). Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus). Familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook Ads (a plus) Experience: Experience designing websites and landing pages for diverse industries. Proven success with CRO strategies and A/B testing. Strong portfolio showcasing website designs and optimization results. Other Skills: Understanding of user behavior, UX/UI principles, and best practices in CRO.
