I only took one call and then requested a refund because I was being ignored. Refund request was made on July 23, 2024. He denied the refund because he gave me a "discount" on the initial payment Then he decided to send $500 back which leaves me at $1500 owed He did take one call so we can subtract that and he owes me $1200. He kept ignoring me for months until I reached back out again back in January 3, 2025. He ignored me for five days and said he does not do coaching anymore and he denied the refund and wanted to give me his workshop in exchange for the money he owed me (which was worth less than what he owed be, but thats besides the point), which I did not want anyways. He then tried to say he didn't owe me anything until I proved it to him and then he kept ignoring me and I asked him nicely. Just give me $1000 back instead of the 1200 you owe me you can keep that $200. and then he tried getting on a call with me which I refused because I do not want to speak to him anymore I just want my money back and then he said “no refunds and no chargebacks cant do it more than 120 days out. Good luck.” I need a letter written to him and his legal team that he told me to reach out to, demanding I get my refund and attorney expenses paid for or else I am going to court with him. I need my money back. This is complete fraud. I need attorney to do what is needed to get my money back, the entire $2,000 at this point.
