We’re a SaaS company that sells project management software to architecture and engineering firms across Australia/New Zealand, the UK, and the US. Our content is strong, our database is solid—but we need a strategic email marketer to help bring it all together. We’re looking for someone to create a full email marketing program, including: What you’ll deliver: - A 3-month email marketing calendar with mapped cadences and workflows. You'll hand the plan with all the collateral and content to our marketing ops manager. - Four distinct email nurture sequences—one for each of our target personas - Emails that are written, visually designed, and built for engagement - Suggested timing, segmentation, and logic for each cadence - Recommendations for how to automate the full program in HubSpot (or similar tool) You’ll be a great fit if you: - Strong hubspot experience. - Have experience building email nurture programs from scratch - Can write, design, and structure emails that convert - Know how to tailor messaging by persona and geography (ANZ, UK, US) - Understand how to translate content into campaigns - Are confident working independently and hitting deadlines This is a scoped project, not a long-term role. You’ll be responsible for delivering a complete, ready-to-launch 3-month email strategy and execution plan.
