Job Summary Are you passionate about performance marketing and ready to make a measurable impact? Our leading HVAC service company in Southern California is seeking a results-driven Google Ads / PPC Specialist. In this role, you’ll strategize, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (YouTube Ads experience is a plus, but not required). You will be instrumental in driving qualified traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing ROI. Key Responsibilities - Plan, launch, and manage paid search and video campaigns across Google Search ads. - Design and implement full-funnel PPC strategies aligned with brand goals, target audiences, and budget. - Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign reach and efficiency. - Write compelling ad copy for search and display ads; collaborate with creative teams on high-performing YouTube content. - Monitor budgets and campaign pacing to ensure efficient spend and maximize ROAS. Analyze KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, video performance) using GA4, PMax, and native ad platforms. - Continuously test ad variations, landing pages, bidding strategies, and targeting to improve results and reduce acquisition costs. - Track competitor activity and stay up to date with the latest platform updates, trends, and tools. - Deliver clear, actionable campaign performance reports to stakeholders on a weekly and monthly basis. Required Qualifications - 5+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a primary focus on paid search. - Google Ads certifications or highly experienced (e.g., Search Certification). - Expertise in GA4, PMax, search, display, and local/targeted ad placement. - Advanced knowledge of Google Ads platform: setup, keyword research, ad creation, bid management. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics). - Detail-oriented, data-driven, and skilled at campaign optimization. - Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). - Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting. Education & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, highly experienced in Google Ads Platform, or a related field. - Proven experience with keyword research, bid strategies, audience segmentation, ad performance optimization, geo tracking, and geo targeting. - Strong experience using GA4, GHL, and native ad platform reporting tools. - Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines in a remote setting. Preferred Qualifications - Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, (GHL) Go High Level, and WordPress. - Knowledge of Local SEO, LSA SEO, GEO Targeting / Tracking, PPC and content marketing strategies. - Understanding of Local SEO principles. - Experience in the HVAC Service Industry is a Plus.
