HubSpot Implementation Specialist Needed for Maritime Transportation & Entertainment Company

We are a Baltimore-based maritime transportation and entertainment company offering harbor cruises, private charters, and public water taxi services. We've recently completed our initial HubSpot onboarding and are now seeking an experienced HubSpot implementation specialist to help us fully unlock the platform’s potential. This role requires more than just technical know-how. We’re looking for a strategic partner who can evaluate our business needs, translate them into scalable workflows, and configure HubSpot to support our growth across multiple lines of business. We currently have three HubSpot user seats, with one person in the company serving as the primary user. However, we anticipate this may grow based on your recommendations and the needs of the system. Our main goal is to ensure HubSpot is customized to support all areas of our business. This includes managing private charter sales, promoting ticketed public rides, and engaging our growing customer base. We want to automate communications such as follow-up emails, pre-trip reminders, post-trip surveys, and review requests. We also need to track sales activity, set up quoting and deal pipelines, improve contact segmentation, and create clear marketing workflows for seasonal events, holidays, and tourism partnerships. We are seeking someone who can audit our current setup, improve our use of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub, and integrate HubSpot with our other tools, such as our booking and ticketing platform. You should be comfortable advising us on best practices, implementing changes, and training our internal team so we are set up for long-term success. Reporting and analytics will also be important—we want dashboards that give us visibility into email engagement, lead sources, conversion rates, and sales performance. We are a small, motivated team that is eager to use HubSpot the right way but needs the guidance and technical support of someone who has done this before. You should have strong experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation, ideally with small or service-based businesses. Experience working with transportation, tourism, hospitality, or entertainment companies is a plus. We are open to either hourly or milestone-based pricing and expect this project to take one to three months. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity for ongoing work in the future.
