Tara Lynn Media, a boutique digital marketing agency based in the Houston, Texas area, is looking for an experienced Local SEO & Paid Ads Specialist to support our growing client base across diverse industries. Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize Local SEO for multiple clients using BrightLocal, Apple Maps, & Google Business - Conduct keyword research specific to the Houston metro area - Set up and maintain Google Ads campaigns, including conversion tracking and performance optimization - Use Google Tag Manager, GA4, and related ad tools - Join a monthly strategy/consultation meeting with our internal team - Provide simple monthly reporting and status updates using BrightLocal or our Agency Analytics platform Must-Have Experience: Hands-on experience with BrightLocal / MozLocal, and Google Business Profiles Familiarity with Houston-area SEO keywords and trends Experience running Google Ads and managing conversion tracking using Tag Manager and GA4 Able to stay within strict time and budget constraints while still delivering strong performance
