Dayton area - Photographer for Senior Living Communities

We are looking for a local photographer to capture images of senior living communities in the Dayton Area. The photographer will take photos of exterior of the community, including: - streetview center (1) - streetview left (1) - streetview right (1) - add other interesting exterior shots if a nice looking building or landscaping, maybe that the streets nearby look like Drive time may be submitted as billable hours. Please keep in mind to: - use mobile phone (iPhone or latest Android model) so images are geo tagged (enable location services) - only take photos from public vantage points (sidewalks, street); do not enter community or community grounds - do your best to avoid including people, parking lots, and cars in the photos
