We’re a growing digital marketing agency looking for a self-motivated, hungry sales and business development rep to help us grow our client base. This is a 100% commission-based role—perfect for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and loves the thrill of closing. Old school phone closing is a plus! What You’ll Do: • Cold call and prospect small / medium size business owners (contractors, dentists, medical practices, etc.) • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for a One-on-One Growth Call • Follow proven sales scripts and marketing materials • Maintain CRM and follow-up consistently to nurture leads What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or appointment setting • Strong English communication skills (verbal & written) • Self-starter with the ability to follow direction and hit weekly targets • Must be confident, professional, and results-oriented • Familiarity with digital marketing is a plus, but not required Compensation: Commission only. Earn high payouts per closed deal with no cap. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person.
